Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3)returns a blank page upon completion of federated logout.  The logout is completed successfully, but the logout page (in this case /oam/pages/logout.jsp) is not displayed.   A header trace shows an HTTP 0.0.0 response from the server:
