EJB: InitialContext Does not Perform Lookup on Server After Restart (Doc ID 2488088.1)

Symptoms

. Application A in cluster A1 calls EJB B deployed on stand-alone servers B1 and B2
. Usually everything is fine and calls are evenly split among the 2 servers B1 and B2
. When B1 is stopped, EJB calls are redirected to B2 and everything is still fine
. When B1 is started again, the EJB calls continue on B2 and are not spread to B1
. Need to restart application A on cluster A1 in order to recover from this uneven load
