Symptoms


During domain upgrade from 12.2.1.0 there is an issue with com.oracle.cie.domain.MacroRuleProcessor, the process is stuck in "Processing MacroRule" under Reconfiguration Process:

Close to the end-of-file of "reconfig" utility logfile there are many log entries of the form:
