Why Does The Date Format Change From "01-01-2019" to "01012019-" When Creating A Learnset? (Doc ID 2490052.1)

Goal

A new Learnset was required to learn the Tax Amount as a line item.  When creating the Learnset, the date format changed from "01-01-2019" to "01012019-", resulting in an invalid date field.  Prior to creating this Learnset, the Date field was valid.

Does creating a new learnset cause WFR to use a different OCR engine?
