Symptoms

When compiling the WSDL file, if it includes soapenc:string field types, then running "wsdlcvt -i ABC.wsdl -o ABC" does not give any errors, but the .mif file does not contain any fields typed soapenc:string.

soapenc is the namespace http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/

Tested environment is:
> wsadmin -v
INFO: Oracle SALT, Version 12.2.2.0.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 015
INFO: Oracle Tuxedo, Version 12.2.2.0.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 027
