1. Under what circumstances does the file stored in file storage not have a last modified timestamp filled? That is, in WebCenter Content (WCC) database, table filestorage column dlastmodified becomes null?

2. Is this column dlastmodified in table filestorage the timestamp of the row changed for actions such as insert, delete, update, etc.?

3. What are the recommendations to save content from this table filestorage month by month to do backup.
Since the export process can take time to complete, want to make sure the data with past time stamp does not change after it has been exported.
