WebCenter Enterprise Capture Ghostscript Does Not Process Some Email Attachments and Error "Output may be incorrect" and "stream operator isn't terminated by valid EOL" Occurs (Doc ID 2490365.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Enterprise Capture is not picking up some invoices for processing.  In this environment Ghostscript is used, followed by Recognition Processor.  The below error occurs in the Capture diagnostic log:
