Unable To Save Task Changes In SOA Composer

While editing a deployed composites Human Task using the SOA Composer application, you're unable to save changes. When hitting yes to save the changes in an edit session for a task - an error popup is seen with:

The error in the SOA diagnostic log is like:
The issue occurs following the application of a SOA Bundle Patch. In particular, with 22.214.171.124.x the issue is seen after applying any of 27779313 (SOA BP 126.96.36.199.180326), 28287135 (SOA BP 188.8.131.52.180703), 29123005 (SOA BP 184.108.40.206.181218) or 29625018 (220.127.116.11.190409).
