Intermittent 414 HTTP Response Code When Accessing WebLogic Application via Oracle HTTP Server (Doc ID 2490572.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently when accessing WebLogic application via the OHS proxy, it fails with "HTTP Error:414" in the browser

During this time, the OHS error log with TRACE enabled has the below entry during the time
