Throwing An Error In JDeveloper While Passing "Apostrophe" Along With String Character In SOA BPEL (Doc ID 2490610.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Fabric

When attempting to pass special character [Apostrophe] along with the string character,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: xpath expression "concat('<b>Email:</b>', bpws:getVariableData('inputVariable','payload','/client:process/client:EmailID'), 'Billing Payable Team's'))"/>

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create bpel process in jDeveloper
2. Try to pass special character "Apostrophe" along with the string character in xpath expression
3. The error occurs
