Managed Server Attempted to Download Application from AdminServer of Other Domain (Doc ID 2490739.1)

Symptoms

Deploying an application to a manager server with "ant" script, it was found that deployment was attempting connect to an IP address that was out of domain, and below error message might be observed from server log:

The IP address of "<IP ADD>" is out of domain or unknown address.
 
Exception stack looks very likely that managed server is attempting to download application file from an unexpected IP address of "<IP ADD>".
