Incorrect "where is null" Code Generated in ODI 12.2.1.3 Mapping Using Knowledge Module 'CKM Oracle' (Doc ID 2490873.1)

In an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Mapping, the following code is observed on a Check Knowledge Module (CKM) task that loads data to an Oracle Database.
