Imaging Input Files are Moved into the Error Folder and Contain Error "Documents must have a file length greater than zero" (Doc ID 2490904.1)

Symptoms

Input Files are moving into the Imaging Input Agent error folder with below message:

Documents must have a file length greater than zero.

When reprocessing the same file, it is going through successfully.
