On : Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3)
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using OAM 12.2.1.3.0 and IIS WebGate 11.1.2.3.0:
Configured multi step authentication to show an agreement page after login based on certain condition and once user accepts or decline, the OAM would authenticate or decline auth.
With OAM 12c and IIS DCC WebGate 11g, Added a custom authentication plugin as part of flow to show custom page to show Agree and disagree and in plugin, when trying to redirect to the agreement page (custom jsp war deployed on OAM server) the page just hangs and shows blank page however the same flow works when using ECC WebGate instead.
The logs don't show any errors and on DCC side, the plugin gets executed fine without error but page does not shows.
The same DCC WebGate flow is working fine with Apache/OHS WebGate 11g not not working with IIS DCC WebGate 11g.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
