WebCenter Enterprise Capture Client is not Using the Load Balancer URL in an SSO Integration (Doc ID 2492935.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Enterprise Capture is configured with an SSO integration.  The SSO integration works except for the Capture client.  The Client does not use the load balancer URL.  When modifying the client.properties file to change the server URL from the backend server to the load balancer URL, the below error occurs:

Failed to obtain SystemInfo object from the server
