"InaccessibleWSDLException" Error After Clicking 'Generate Report' Button For Certifications Errors (Doc ID 2493336.1)

Symptoms

Change the BIPublisherURL in EM console from the default for example

http://<hostaname1>:<port1>

to a custom OBIEE solution. Say:

http://<hostaname2>:<port2>

and it is throwing the following error while clicking on 'generate report' button for certifications in OIM.
