Goal

I'm accessing the page "https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/webcenter/content/downloads/wcc-11g-downloads-2734036.html", but the link about "Optional Software" (really any link "+" under main download selection) doesn't work properly. It should open a list of available software to download, but it does nothing.
