Symptoms

The datasource is not getting created while activating the changes from the Weblogic console(10.3.6)

The datasource is a generic one. The test connection is successful, still its failing to activate the changes.

Error displayed on the console:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Datasource using wl console
2. test it, it returns OK
3. Activate changes Fails
