DIP Process Not Synchronizing from ODSEE Server to OID Server as Import Synchronization Process. (Doc ID 2494817.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Directory Integration Platform

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. The DIP profile is not synchronization changes when the profile is implemented. Running DIPTESTER with the change number the OID test is passed and the OID is updated correctly. External sync LDAP server is ODSEE.

2. It was setting wildcard filter in the synchronization profile as follow:

searchfilter=(&(|(uid=E*)(uid=C*))(Customstatus=active))


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Synchronization data from ODSSE to OID is not working as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
Create import sync profile from ODSEE to OID server.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Affecting sync between OID server and external LDAP Server
