Symptoms

Using the PeopleSoft Campus connector and have setup the PeopleSoft listener. When testing with PeopleSoft listener, it is failing with the following error:

 
Steps to reproduce:

1) Install and configure PeopleSoft Campus connector

2) Deploy the PeopleSoft Listener and test.
