Current Connections count rise rapidly to Maximum Capacity in JDBC Connection pool for WebLogic data source.
After that the JDBC connections increase and hit the maximum for the pool (set to 100) and no more connections can be made.
The following error appears in the WebLogic managed server log:
The system was recently upgraded from Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.1 and Oracle EE Database 220.127.116.11 to WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and Oracle EE Database 18.104.22.168. WebLogic was upgraded first and then the database.
The JDBC drivers in use are those that came with the WebLogic 10.3.6 upgrade (Oracle 22.214.171.124.0 JDBC 4.0 compiled with JDK6 on Fri_Nov_04_08:05:20_PDT_2011)
