Symptoms
- Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) Federated Service Provider (SP) Initiated URLS Fail - Bad Oracle Access Manager Request - After Upgrading to OAM 12C
- SP-initiated URL fails in IE browsers with Bad Oracle Access Manager Request
- Same IDP-initiated URLs from oam 11g and 12c environments are working fine in all browsers in
- SP-initiated URLs from Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) environment are working fine in in all browsers in
- SP-initiated URLs from Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) environment are failing in Internet Explorer and working in Firefox and Chrome browsers
- Tried these URLs on IE 11 versions on Windows 10 and Windows 7 machines, but same result
- No error reported in OAM logs
- No other changes were made.
