OPSS - Audit Data Entries in the Audit Files are Different than Audit Information in the Data Base (Doc ID 2497141.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, IDM tools

After configure Auditing to Database, observing that There are more audit entries in the audit.log files than in Data Base. 

Complete Audit logs records in the file has not been moved to DB.
