Invalid algorithm: andthis"

Use AES128 AES192 AES256 or BLOWFISH.

The documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/goldengate/c1221/gg-winux/GWUAD/configuring-oracle-goldengate-security.htm#GWUAD949) does not specify commas in the syntax for this command
