Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) Multi Data Center (MDC) Authentication Works, but in the OAM Logs See - SSL Handshake Error. Please Check the Certificates

MDC environment with SSL mode configured for OAM server. After server restart, following error is seen in the diagnostic log,
