Symptoms
How can send the request with out MTOM format from OSB to BPEL and get the response as MTOM format from BPEL to OSB.
Scenario :
======
In 12.1.3 we are able to send the request with out MTOM format from OSB to BPEL and get the response back as the attachment.The BPEL is converting the base64 binary code as a MIME Type attachment in the response to OSB. in 12.2.1.3 when the OSB sends request to BPEL with out the MTOM format BPEL is throwing the error saying that NON-MTOM Message has been received when MTOM message was expected. if we remove the MTOM policy we are not getting the response as attachment as we are gettting as the base64 binary code.
