Goal
in "Oracle Access Manager WebGate Bundle Patch: 11.1.2.3.190103 Readme" there is an action plan for libcurl.so file/symlink on a UNIX machine. This action plan is not valid for a Microsoft machine.
------------------------------------------------------
Verify for libcurl.sofile/symlink:
After applying the WebGate patch successfully, it is mandatory to verify if the libcurl.so file/symlink is present. This is mandatory because, while loading the WebGate, it requires the libcurl.so file (when libcurl library is installed, sometimes it has version naming convention. Ex: "libcurl.so.4.1.1." ).
