WebCenter Content: Imaging Viewer Menus Are Not Accessible From An Image Opened From A Link (Doc ID 2498461.1)

Symptoms

In the Imaging Viewer, there is a way to email a link to the document using Tools --> Email Document.  However, when the link is clicked in the email (to view the Image), the File, View or File, Tools menus are opening up behind the image, so all menu items are not accessible.

This only happens when opening the image from the emailed link.
