Oracle Traffic Director Reports 'OTD-67804' Error While Updating Instance (Doc ID 2498602.1)

Unable to install a signed certificate when using the EM console for Oracle Traffic Director.

From EM console --> Traffic Director Configuration --> Security --> Manage Certificate

Click on Generate Keypair and CSR to create and request the certificate.

Once the signed certificate is returned and installed. The following error is seen when applying changes.
