ADF Application Does Not Pickup Users and Groups from Security Provider (Doc ID 2498603.1)

Symptoms

It was found that for some reason the ADF application does not pickup the user/group from the security provider.

While integrating a plain-ADF application with OAM/OHS/Webgate for WNA SSO, it was observed that the application does not pickup users and groups from the security provider in security realms.

The WNA SSO redirects the traffic from OHS to weblogic, and goes through webgate / OAM to the "unauthorized application page".

However, even for authorized users who are supposed to login to the application also get to the Unauthorized page which is wrong.
