Symptoms

On : Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) Federation

Federation with Oam SP and Shibboleth Idp is not working. Notice following exception.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to authenticate to Federation url https:///<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/

Due to this issue, users cannot access Federation url.
