Symptoms

In Exalogic racks where OTD is installed and configured, issue of Oracle Traffic Director (OTD) instance not reachable on the VIP's (Virtual IP's) is seen.

This issue can be seen on Exalogic Linux Physical compute nodes running OTD or on Guest vServers running OTD in case of Exalogic Virtual racks.
