WLSIFCONFIG Fails for Linux Versions with a 4.X Kernel (Doc ID 2499239.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.3.6 version, WLS-Config 

After upgrading kernel from Linux 3.8.13-55.1.6.el7uek.x86_64 to Linux 4.1.12-124.16.4.el7uek.x86_64, not able to start managed servers from nodemanager.

Receiving below error in node manager logs:
