Tabs Getting Persisted Even if Not Configured For Customization (Doc ID 2499321.1)

Symptoms

As part of ADF application customization using MDS , user personalization have been enabled for af:table and column components.
These are working good (add/remove columns ,display order etc). However, we noticed that showDetailItem (tab) component selection is getting persisted as well even when we have not configured it in adf-config.xml.
This is evidenced when entering a page that have been visited before, it will keep the tab selection that was in place when the page was visited for the last time in the same session.
This behavior is not desired, as it is needed that upon entering the page, the first tab should be selected.
