Symptoms

WebCenter Content 12c

When attempting to start the AdminServer, the managed servers, or any of the stand alone applets, the following error occurs.

Although the error is generated, the AdminServer and the WCC managed server start and are accessible. The applets under Admin Applets work as expected.

However, the stand alone applets, like IdcAnalyze don't work.
