PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

While trying to set up OAG policy with McAfee File scan activity using McAfee Scan Engine, it was observed that the McAfee Scan is not working and it is always giving the following error:
no Virus scanner available
STEPS
------
1. Follow the steps mentioned in https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E65459_01/dev.1112/e65461/content/connector_mcafee.html
2. Create a policy that uses the McAfee filter
3. The McAfee scan does not work producing the error:
no Virus scanner available
