Nodemanager is Started OK on Second Node, but the WebLogic Console Shows the Machine Unreachable (Doc ID 2501006.1)

Symptoms

Managed server is not starting from console on second node, the domain has been extended by means of pack/unpack.

Node manager is started OK on second node, but the WebLogic console shows the machine unreachable and the managed server in second node is not started when using wl-console.

The issue was reproduced by the following steps:

1. Launch start of NodeManager on second node

2. Login to wls-console and try to start managed server
