Exalogic Virtual Rack ZFS Storage Heads Incomplete Discovery in Enterprise Manager 13C (Doc ID 2501500.1)

Symptoms

Discovery of the Exalogic ZFS Storage Heads from Enterprise Manager 13c with the ZFS Plugin Version 13.2.3.0.0 onward is consistently failing. 

In the photo realistic view that shows details of the Exalogic Hardware as shown below, status from two ZFS storage appliance heads shown as unknown.

 

Validating further, there are no configuration issues with discovery of Exalogic Rack from Enterprise Manager 13c (EM).

All the necessary plugins are deployed on OMS and agent level on EM agent running on EC1 EMOC Control vServer. 

When attempted refresh the Exalogic Rack asset from EM a warning "ZFS Plugin required" message as shown in coming. But when the ZFS plugin is already deployed on OMS and EM agent running on the EC1 EMOC Control vServer:
