Tuxedo 10gR3 RP77 and 11.1.1.2.0 RP30 introduced new feature to specify local bind address for GWTDOMAIN

It is useful for firewalled network, it can narrow down to use port range.

Before 12c, it can specify -a option.

GWTDOMAIN SRVGRP=GROUP1 SRVID=1 CLOPT="-A -a //xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:<port#>"

However, this option does not work in 12c, nothing to effect with this parameter.
