Symptoms

When trying to apply Tuxedo 12.1.3 Patch, OPatch fails during the prerequisite check CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables.

OUI-67074:ApplySession failed during prerequisite checks: Prerequisite check "CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables" failed.

Opatch log showing the related files in use.
