In OIM, deprovisioning of Entitlements for both PeopleSoft (PSFT) and Oracle Universal Directory (OUD) Connectors from the OIM Self Service screen works fine.  But when done through Application Programming Interface (API) calls, it keeps failing with error "Child form entry with primary key '0' does not exist".
