Regarding Workmanager query

Can you please clarify on the below
We have two categories of ESB Services. One set of ESB services is configured to use custom workmanager and another set of ESB services use the default workmanager.

We have configured following 2 custom workmanagers

ProxyWM with Maximumconstraint set to 200
BussWM workamanger Minconstraint set to 5.

We wanted to clarify following 3 things

1)When we create a custom workmanager with max constraint as 200 and min constraint as 5, does that mean 205 threads will be dedicated to the ESB Services configured with custom workmanager to use and will not be available for use by the ESB Services configured with default workmanager
  2) What will happen in case the custom workmanager threads are underutilized say only 50% is used what happens for the remaining 50% threads.
3)What will happen in case when the default workmanager have fully exhausted the free pool and there is need for few more threads in that scenario will the default workmanager get the threads dedicated or configured in custom workmanager?
