"missing the terminator" Error When User Name Has Single Quote In For Exchange Provisioning (Doc ID 2502851.1)

Symptoms

Following error is seen when there is single quote in user name while provisioning to exchange.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log in into identity Console
2. Go to manage > users
3. Provision a exchange account to the user who as single quote in username
