Symptoms

SOA not able to connect to EBS DB, getting the following error:

Could not create connection for datasource '<DATASOURCE>'.
The returned message is: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
weblogic.application.ModuleException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceSystemException:Could not create connection for datasource < DATASOURCE>.

This usually means username and password is invalid.
