OUD - When Importing Entries Using the import-ldif Command a "SEVERE_WARNING" Error is Returned (Doc ID 2504242.1)

Goal

When importing an entry into an OUD instance using the import-ldif command, the following SEVERE_WARNING message is returned.

./import-ldif -n userRoot -l /refresh/home/oracle/apps/mw_home/asinst_1/OUD/bin/exp_test.ldif

[31/Jan/2019:07:36:31 +0000] category=PLUGIN severity=SEVERE_WARNING msgID=7471177 msg=Entry 'cn=user3000,cn=Person,dc=example,dc=com' indicates that it uses custom password policy 'cn=custom_password_policy,dc=example,dc=com', but no such policy is defined in the server.  Any passwords contained in the entry will be encoded using the default storage schemes, but authentication as this user might not be possible
