Symptoms
When running Forms version 12.2.1.3 it might be necessary to install RDBMS patch 28289029 into the Forms home.
When trying to install RDBMS patch 28289029 to the Oracle Forms home it is common to encounter errors against conflicting patches. Specifically, it is common to have conflicting errors against patch 24737021 and patch 26550599.
