NET HELPMSG 2186 Error Is Thrown When Stopping WLS Windows Service by net stop Command (Doc ID 2505508.1)

When running WebLogic Server using the Windows service and configure -stopclass to let windows service stop gracefully as in below document.

When stop processing using the following command:

net stop "windows service name"
