Cart Details Shows "dummy" In Justification Field (Doc ID 2505752.1)

Under request details tab, the Cart Details shows Justification field having "dummy" value. This happens when the Justification field on request creation is left blank.

Why is the dummy value showing and how to stop this from happening?


 The Justification field was hidden earlier but we have now made it visible. There was no other customization done on it.
