Not able to Login to Admin UI in a Delivery Install configured with SSL

Symptoms
In a delivery installation, log in to Admin UI with https://{server}:{port}/{context}/Xcelerate/LoginPage.html, it returns the correct login page, but upon providing credentials the Sites UI reloads. No error messages in the UI or Sites logs. Only entries in the access logs.
Changes
'www' was added to the certificate's renewal for SSL, while the Sites' configurations do not have 'www'.
