ODI Oozie Agent Test in a Cluster Fails with "E0501: Could not perform authorization operation" Error (Doc ID 2506068.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to test an Oozie agent in an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3 Big Data Environment, it fails with the following error:

Caused by: E0501 : E0501: Could not perform authorization operation,
Unauthorized connection for super-user: <OOZIE_SUPERUSER> from IP <IP_ADDRESS>
